  The first time I went into tinas, I got an excellent pedicure from jenny. She even gave me a card, and told me to ask for her. The second time I went in, a man did my pedicure. He was rushing, and sloppy but the gel turned out nice. Today I called to make an appointment with jenny for my sister and, and when I asked for jenny, I got hung up on. I went in and asked for a gel pedicure, like the last one that I received, and right away the (same man) was rushing to paint my toes. After he painted my toes, he asked me what pedicure I wanted. I told him that I didn't want the pedicure anymore, because he was supposed to do all of that, before he painted my toes like the last time. I went up to pay, and questioned why I got charged more for polish, than my sisters whole pedicure, and the woman got disrespectful with me and gave me an attitude. My sisters entire pedicure including polish, was 24. My polish with NO pedicure... was 25. Please explain this to me? I will never in my life go to this place again, nor will I recommend ANYONE to go there! That was poor customer service. If your customer is not happy.. you do something to fix it. You don't disrespect them in fromt of 10 other people! Not to mention.. the girl that did my sisters pedicure rushed as well. Her first pedicure, was a horrible experience. Thank you yun, and tinas nails for horrible service!!
