  I've had the pleasure of having Jose as a trainer for quite some time now. The first time I stepped into one of his classes was about 10 years ago as a teenager. Now as an adult I still take his cardio and fitness classes while my 3 year old son joins me. Jose is very professional and gives everyone an individualized workout depending on what their goals are. If you're not comfortable working in a group, the one-on-one classes are great as well. The gym is very well kept and all the equipment is up to date with the latest fitness trends. If you have any interest or just questions I definitely recommend giving Jose a call!
